Booking Conditions
1. Booking
The confirmed number of people, the price, and additional services such as restaurant reservations and other products will be included in the booking confirmation sent to the guest after the booking is made.
2. Price agreement validity
The agreed prices are binding for both parties, and Northern Lodges AB reserves the right to adjust the prices due to increased tax costs or other circumstances beyond the hotel's control.
3. Cancellation and non-arrival
Free cancellation can be made within 24 hours after booking, but no later than 12:00 on the day of arrival.
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking, 100% of the booking fee will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 3 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 3 days before arrival, you will be charged for one night's stay. If Northern Lodges has incurred special costs due to your booking, you will be liable to reimburse these.
Guests without a guardian's company must be at least 18 years old. Northern Lodges reserves the right to cancel the booking on-site if a valid ID cannot be presented.
4. Payment
We do not accept cash. Payment is made via Swish or the payment system integrated into the website.
5. Availability of accommodation
Your hotel room is guaranteed to be ready for check-in from 3 PM on the day of arrival and must be checked out by 11 AM on the day of departure.
6. Liability for damages
The person whose name the booking is under is responsible for any damage to the premises resulting from negligence or unacceptable behavior of the guests.
7. Force majeure
Events beyond Northern Lodges' control – such as strike, lockout, fire, etc., which make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this agreement – give Northern Lodges the right to terminate the agreement without liability.
8. Quality Clause
Northern Lodges is more of an experience than typical accommodation. In case of illness of staff required for the experience to be complete, the guest will be offered to: Change dates (any difference in price will be refunded if the price is lower for the new date, or paid by the guest if the price is higher for the new date) Cancellation, with the full amount refunded to the guest Be booked into a hotel in Piteå during their stay, and any price difference will be refunded to the guest.
9. Jurisprudence
All disputes arising between the parties of this agreement or for other reasons or between the guest and Northern Lodges will be handled according to Swedish law.
