Booking Conditions

1. Booking

Confirmed number of people, price, add-ons and other products will be included in the booking confirmation sent to the guest after this booking is made.

2. Price agreement validity

The agreed prices are binding on both parties and Northern Lodges reserve the right to adjust prices as a result of changes in the cost of increased taxes or other circumstances beyond their control.

3. Cancellation and non-arrival

Free cancellation can be made within 24 hours of booking. However, no later than 10.00 on the day of arrival.

Unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking, 100% of the booking fee is refunded in case of cancellation no later than 72 hours before arrival (calculated from 15:00 on the day of arrival). If you cancel later than 72 hours before arrival, you will be charged for one night's accommodation. If Northern Lodges has incurred special costs in connection with your booking, you will be obliged to reimburse them.

For guests unaccompanied by a guardian, an age limit of at least 18 years applies. Northern Lodges reserves the right to cancel the booking on the spot if valid ID cannot be presented.

4. Payment

We do not accept cash. Payment is made with Swish, card payment, or invoice.

Invoicing Policy: An invoicing document must be made in advance. In this case, a credit check is carried out. Stays with a cost of less than SEK 5,000 cannot be paid per invoice.

5. Availability of accommodation

Your accommodation is guaranteed to be ready for check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be checked out no later than 11:00 on the day of departure.

6. Liability for damages

The person whose name is on the booking is responsible for damage to the premises as a result of negligence or unacceptable behavior of the guests.

7. Force majeure

Events beyond Northern Lodge's control – for example, strike, lockout, fire, etc., which make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this agreement – give Northern Lodge the right to terminate the agreement without liability.

8. Quality Clause

Northern Lodges is more of an experience than typical accommodation. In case of illness of staff required for the stay to be experienced in its entirety, the guest will offer to:

Change date (any difference in the price is refunded if the price is lower for the new date, alternatively paid by the guest if the price is higher than for the new date)

Cancellation, the entire amount is paid back to the guest

Booked into a hotel in Piteå during their stay, the guest gets back any difference in price.

9. Jurisprudence

All disputes that arise between the parties to this agreement or for other reasons or between the guest and Northern Lodges will be dealt with according to Swedish law.
