Your private sauna

In the sauna, you can sit back and relax while looking out over the fantastic view. The sauna is wood-fired and at the same time heats water that you can use to shower off after the sauna or any adventures you might enjoy on the mountain.

Hiking on Vallsberget

There are two hiking trails which runs just behind the lodge. The trails runs upp along the ski slope and past the lodge in to the woods. They are mostly the same path and is has red and yellow markings on the trees. Along both paths there is a watchtower. The red trail is 4,5 km long and the yellow trail is 5,5 km long.

Snow shoe hiking

In the lodge there are two pairs of snowshoes that you can use freely to walk on the mountain when the snow is lying. They are of different sizes, where the larger model is best suited for heavier people.

Skiing on Vallsberget

The ski area in which we are located has three ski slopes and 19 km of cross-country skiing tracks for both classic skiing and skating. There is currently no rental for alpine skis, but for cross-country skis you can contact us to book through a partner.

Icebreaker boat ride

The Arctic Explorer runs daily tours from December to March and makes way for ships through the frozen sea in Piteå. Join the daily work of the icebreaker for 2 hours and feel like part of the crew.

Dog sledding

Experience winter and nature with the dogs who take you through our beautiful landscape. You can book private tours with pickup at the parking lot below the ski slope.

Snowmobile safari

Piteå is a perfect place for a snowmobile safari. Discover a winter adventure that takes you through stunning landscapes in a coastal environment.
